This page explains how to request deletion of data that 네오심플릭스 holds about you, obtained through the Meta Platform (Instagram Creator Marketplace API and related Meta APIs).

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below. No account or login is required.

Include in the message:

1. Your Instagram username (handle)
2. A statement that you are requesting deletion of your data

We may ask you to confirm the request from an address or account associated with the handle, so that we do not delete another person's data on an unverified request.

What happens next

• We acknowledge the request within 7 days.
• We delete all data associated with your Instagram account from our systems within 30 days.
• We confirm completion by email.

What is deleted

All information we obtained about your account through the Meta Platform, including profile fields, performance metrics, aggregated audience statistics, and media metadata. Deletion covers our primary databases and backups, subject to the backup rotation cycle.

Exceptions

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (handle and date) solely to demonstrate that the request was honored, and any data we are required by law to keep.

Deletion without a request

We also delete your data, without any request, when:

• Your account leaves Meta's Creator Marketplace or withdraws marketplace consent
• 24 months have passed since it was last collected
• Our access to the Meta Platform is revoked, or the application is decommissioned
