This Privacy Policy describes how 네오심플릭스 ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and deletes information obtained through our internal influencer discovery application ("the App"), which accesses the Meta Platform via the Instagram Creator Marketplace API and related Meta APIs.
The App is an internal business tool. It is not offered to the general public and does not provide consumer accounts.
Through the Meta Platform, with permissions granted by an authorized administrator of our own business assets, the App may receive:

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or private messages. The only contact detail we request from Meta is the email address that Meta's Creator Marketplace provides for a creator, when it provides one; we use it only to contact that creator to propose a partnership collaboration. A creator's biography is stored as the creator published it and may contain contact information the creator chose to make public. We do not collect data from individuals who are not Instagram professional accounts participating in Meta's Creator Marketplace.
We do not sell, rent, or license this data. We do not use it for advertising targeting outside the Meta Platform, and we do not combine it with data obtained from unauthorized sources.
Access is limited to employees and contractors of 네오심플릭스 who require it for the purposes above. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We do not share this data with third parties except service providers that process it on our behalf under contract (for example, cloud hosting), and only as required to operate the App.
We retain creator data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and no longer than 24 months from the date it was last collected, after which it is deleted.
Data is deleted sooner when:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. Requests are handled within 30 days. See Data Deletion for the procedure.
Our handling of Meta Platform data follows the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Personal information is processed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
